Happy Memorial Day

Good Morning Everyone! Happy Memorial Day! I thought I would let you know about my weekend in Atlanta. Mom and Dad and I got in late Friday night. I was excited to see Nana and Poppop and Aunts Emily and Rachel even though I was really tired. We played for a little bit. I got to meet the new kitten named Charlie. He was just my size and let me chase him all over the house.

Saturday morning Mom and I went to Emily's bridal shower. I was the only boy there! And, needless to say, I was the life of the party. Great-Grandfather made a little entrance and so we took this picture. He is a veteran who flew B52s during World War II. I can't wait until I am old enough to hear him tell stories. This picture is for him and all the other men and women who have chosen to live a life of service to our country.

I spent the night with Nana and Poppop Saturday while Mom and Dad went to Leeann wedding. I haven't gotten to meet Leeann yet, but I've heard lots of good things. They said the wedding was beautiful and they had lots of fun. They got to sleep all night without me waking them up.

Yesterday Mom and Dad went to the braves game (next time I get to go too!). I played with Nana and Poppop and Aunt Rachel walked me down to the playground. I love to swing. I was really glad when Mom and Dad came home. 24 hours was a long time.
So today we have to go home, but not without a little bit of fun first. When I wake up from a nap we're gonna go to the neighborhood pool. So off to sleep I go....
