We are offically CrossFit affiliates and are listed on the main site www.crossfit.com (you gotta scrole way down to the bottom). There are new affiliates everyday and CrossFit is growing like crazy. Hi Everyone. Thanks for checking out my blog. Mom started this blog because Poppop missed me from Atlanta and asked her to start it. Mom and Dad do all the typing, but the messages are really from me :)
